Master Planned Communities

Parkside

Master Planned Community

Located only one third of a mile from historic downtown Lebanon with its picturesque shops, hotels and restaurants. This 277 acre historic farm features a magnificently restored farm house from the 1830’s.

The center piece of this unique development will be a 50 acre park as part of a new trail system connecting downtown Lebanon to Union Village and Lebanon’s newest sport center. Designed by the renowned land planners and architects at Nelson/ Wakefield Beazley this development will feature: A senior village with cottages, independent living apartments, assisted living and memory care facilities. Pyramid Hill

The property is located on 61 acres facing the Little Miami River about two miles outside of the city of Hamilton. Located adjacent to the 400 acre Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park which in addition to its permanent collection the Pyramid Hill Foundation supports artist from all over the world and features rotating displays of their art work. Justin Doyle is a 2nd generation builder/developer with an engineering degree from The Ohio State University. Justin Doyle Homes is one of the most awarded luxury homes builders in Cincinnati/Dayton, which provides a full service design/build 5 star experience for its clients. Watermark Homes is the production arm of the building division that focuses on building single family/townhomes in its development communities.
